Because of the nature of numismatic items, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds, as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window:
    You may request a return within [7–14] days of receiving your order.

  • Condition Requirement:
    Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, unaltered, unopened, and undamaged.

    • Coins must remain in their original holders, flips, or slabs (e.g., PCGS, NGC, ANACS).

    • Currency must not be removed from protective sleeves.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    For security, authenticity, and market fluctuation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Bullion items (gold, silver, platinum, or palladium coins/bars)

    • Graded or certified coins removed from holders

    • Custom or special-order items

    • Items purchased during live auctions or clearance sales

3. Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

  4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, unless the item was sent in error or is defective.

4. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item shows signs of tampering, alteration, or removal from its original holder, the refund will be denied.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

All coins and currency sold by Sikkewala are guaranteed genuine.
If an item is ever proven to be non-authentic by a recognized third-party grading service (such as PCGS, NGC, PMG, or ANACS), we will offer a full refund or replacement, regardless of the purchase date.
